Received an email about love from an 18 year old girl from India. She fell in love with someone and then had a break up in their relationship. She was a regular listener of BK Shivani's spiritual lectures and hence writes to us for a solution as she is feeling down

I am Nilanjana Das. I live in Kolkata and i am of 18 years, a student. I recently had a bad break up and this was my first relationship. Though it was the guy who first professed his love to me, at last he ended the relationship by saying that he does not love me at all and blamed me for no reason. Maybe, i did not come up to his expectations but i really loved him and tried to make him happy. But i failed.
I am a regular follower of sister Shivani's youtube videos and trying to come out of the situation but i am not able to forget him. His words and promises are ringing in my ears. Please help me. What must i do to come out of this situation.
And one more question is, are good deeds really rewarded?
